Marine Tourism – We offer hands on demonstrations from “Seed to Plate” of our regional seafood “Oysters”.  This new activity is supposed to educate, enlighten, entice, all while having fun on a marine tour in the Desolation Sound area of an active oyster farm specially designed to perform interpretative hands on demonstrations.
